Hitachi PC Service Manual and Training CD-ROMs

This is a four part series of CD-ROMs designed to act as both a training mechanism as well as an interactive resource for all Hitachi authorized service technicians for the troubleshooting and repair of Hitachi PC notebook computers.

Merlin was tasked with coming up with an electronic substitute for their paper-based manuals that would be more dynamic, visual, and provide step-by-step video instructions for english and non-english-speaking technicians.

Each CD features a complete set of product repair procedures with 30-45 minutes of videos, an interactive troubleshooting guide, parts lists, exploded diagrams, and product specifications.
