The Institute of Computer Technology (ICT) is a non-profit public agency providing technology training and planning services to industry and education, which include a comprehensive range of Windows and Macintosh software application and programming classes for adults.

ICT's previous site was considered too drab, so they asked for a bright, eye-catching color scheme. In addition to the design work, Merlin Media provided a complete site restructuring and reprogramming to accommodate new sections, pages and materials in addition to creting a small, custom search engine for use within the site.

Although funding issues have kept them from updating the site since its creation in 1999, ICT comes back to Merlin Media periodically for assistance with the site.
